Eccleston Square

This project involved the intricate reconfiguration of a flat within a stunning listed building, which had unfortunately been compromised in the 1970s when it was poorly subdivided, resulting in significant damage to its original heritage features. Our goal was to bring new life to the space, blending our client’s love for Art Deco style with a contemporary approach, all while carefully restoring and preserving the building's historic charm. The result is a design that delivers on both excitement and elegance, offering a harmonious balance between past and present.

The interior design scheme was conceived to ensure that every space flows effortlessly into the next, with careful consideration given to the layout, proportions, and materials used. We worked meticulously to restore key historic elements, from intricate mouldings to period-appropriate detailing, while incorporating modern features that add a sense of luxury and functionality. Every corner of the flat has been thoughtfully designed, ensuring that even the smallest details contribute to the overall experience.

Contemporary touches, such as sleek furnishings, innovative lighting, and modern finishes, blend seamlessly with the building’s historic fabric, enhancing the experience of moving through the space. The result is a home that feels both timeless and fresh—respecting the grandeur of its past while embracing the energy and sophistication of modern design. The project successfully restores the property’s heritage while creating a living environment that is both beautiful and practical for modern living.
