Multi-disciplinary Office Manager/PA/Sales/Design assistant

 

This time we are looking to hire an Office Manager/PA/Sales/Design assistant who is experienced in architecture and/or interior design. 

The role will be very multifaceted, with no two days the same. The role will involve everything from helping with business admin, to planning social media, networking, lead generation and design including site visits. You will need to be able to use Vectorworks 2D and be ready to work from the office in London. Our ideal candidate is experienced at all these aspects and ready to dive straight into the deep end. Clear evidence of experience and/or education in architecture or interiors is necessary. 

Office hours will be 4 days per week 10am-6pm with occasional paid overtime. 

Now the downsides, as I will be very transparent and this checks you’ve actually read the post all the way through! You will be working very independently quite quickly. It will be 1:1 between the candidate and director for a while, with the primary purpose of growing the company and the primary role of lead generation, alongside the office admin and design work. As a result you will need to be a very social person, open to networking on your own time, along with the director, and to engage your network to help generate projects. 

As a big perk, you get a 4 day week with no pay reduction, included health insurance and bonus/share payments for each successful project brought into the company.
