Working in tight space to gain a little bit extra is typical for projects in cities like London. The brief for this project was to restructure an existing oversized landing into a single bedroom. Planning with tight building regulations and without the possibility to physically extend the property internal walls and the stair case needed complete redesigning to meet the budget.
