Kingfisher Row

Kingfisher Row is a project for 6 duplex homes in a beautiful gulley site in Hamilton New Zealand. With a large double height living space and 3 comfortable double bedrooms, below and above the living space, each home sits on a remarkably small footprint. By using the stairs as a sound buffer between the homes, these duplexes almost function as detached homes.
